This program is not a substitute for therapy and is not designed for crisis support or mental health treatment. It may not be appropriate if you are experiencing acute emotional distress or are seeking clinical care.
If coaching is not the right fit, referrals to appropriate support will be offered.

All participants complete a brief screening form prior to enrollment to ensure coaching is an appropriate and supportive option.
